A little while ago, I was approached by an organization called the white flag project.
They are a volunteer group, located in South Africa, trying to make the world a better place, by encouraging people to do good things.
Do a good deed a day for someone, and that person could potentially do a good deed for someone else, and that person for someone else, etc etc.
They told me they really liked my xmas animation of a 2007 and asked me if I could reuse it to do something for their cause.
So, here it is!

Totoro Project, again

Today truly is a MONDAY!
I actually did this sketch more than an hour ago, but, because of connection issues, traffic things, and MY bad driving, I'm a little late posting all of this.
YEAH for Traditional Mondays, and I'm sorry Honey for my driving!

That being said.
A few weeks ago I mentioned the Totoro Forest project which I was lucky enough to have been a part of.

Cute Mistake

This is not exactly a sketch of the day.. I did this for my baby's room, as a mural. the actual size of the piece is 2.34 meters, which is a little over 7 foot I think.
Unfortunately, I did it at the studio, and when I compared the colors with the ones we have in the room, it really didn't fit.
Booh.

BUT.. that only means I'll have to do ANOTHER one!
In the meantime...this one is a fine post for this rainy Thursday.

Out of nothing at all...

..this is a perfect example of how I come up with my sketches. I just sat down this morning and thought...hmm..what should I draw... and i started doodling blocks. A few moments later, i had a sea serpent and the rest just "fell" into the image!
