Doodlie dos

'was watching TV and started doodling ...by the end of the movie, it became this. The funny thing is that the movie had NOTHING to do with the theme, the tone or nature of this "doodle" turned sketch!
Funny, hu?
Them I took it in photoshop to show Katrina a few things you can do with adding a bit of values here and there!

Anyhow... Have a GREAT Monday.( Happy Birthday to you know who!), and..I'm OFF to London tomorrow for ten days. So it will be even harder to do any sketching to post while over there!
P.

this is the one with wich I showed Katrina some stuff. I like them both

cooling off

...I'm pretty peeved this morning...my bike got stolen from my OWN garage last night.
Not only is it a very very annoying thing, my bike is also my main mode of transportation in this city. Cheaper and friendlier than having a car..

I'm VERY upset..so..here's an image to try and cool me off..
Thank god I have Lily and katrina

Cheers, and..yeah.. have a good day( I'll try too!)

Hard to get to work this morning...

...so I did a little sketch.
Cheers.

Have a GREAT day!
Cheers.

Lily

Many of you have been emailing me asking me why I haven't been posting sketches anymore.
The reason is LILY!
Our beautiful little daughter, born on August 28 2008.
She's incredibly cute and looks a lot like her mom( thank god!)
Here's a link to some pictures of her

Tag and flag

Here's the link to the animation
http://pascalcampion.com/2008/1095.swf

A little while ago, I was approached by an organization called the white flag project.
They are a volunteer group, located in South Africa, trying to make the world a better place, by encouraging people to do good things.
Do a good deed a day for someone, and that person could potentially do a good deed for someone else, and that person for someone else, etc etc.
They told me they really liked my xmas animation of a 2007 and asked me if I could reuse it to do something for their cause.
So, here it is!

Please, if you feel inclined to, register on their site

http://surrender2made.co.za/home/

and pass the animation around. Their idea is to send this out as a viral video to promote the idea of" you can make a difference".

Cheers, and have a GREAY day!

Almost home

A little late in the day, but...
HAVE A GREAT Day!

....sooner rather than later.
Have a GREAT weekend

On a different note.
Take a look at this. At first, it looks like an ad for Coke, but it's not just that. It's actually a good cause( which is why I'm putting it here!)

Please Help Support Education using MyCokeRewards points:
If you drink Coke products and aren't already using your codes,
please consider using their site to donate to your school or
Clearlake Middle School, located in Cocoa, FL and/or the Zip Code 32931
You'll provide textbooks, supplies, phys ed & art materials!
Please do not send materials to the school directly.

It works with products like Sprite and the other side sodas, and even the juices!

Thanks Vincent for sendind this to me!
Cheers.

Second pass

I redid a mural for Lily's room. It's not quite as long as the last one, BUT, the colors will actually match!

ANOTHER animated card

http://pascalcampion.com/2008/1084.swf

Ok.. I cheated on this one, and did it yesterday afternoon, in between clients feedback... BUT, It still gets the point across.
Have a GREAT day ( and hopefully, sunny weekend!)

Happy Birthday Carole. Say HI to Kerry for me.
Cheers.

Cute Mistake

This is not exactly a sketch of the day.. I did this for my baby's room, as a mural. the actual size of the piece is 2.34 meters, which is a little over 7 foot I think.
Unfortunately, I did it at the studio, and when I compared the colors with the ones we have in the room, it really didn't fit.
Booh.

BUT.. that only means I'll have to do ANOTHER one!
In the meantime...this one is a fine post for this rainy Thursday.
Have a GREAT day
Cheers.
P

ps...if you guys want to see the big size version, copy and paste this link, but, watch out, it is pretty big!
http://pascalcampion.com/2008/1076F.jpg

Out of nothing at all...

..this is a perfect example of how I come up with my sketches. I just sat down this morning and thought...hmm..what should I draw... and i started doodling blocks. A few moments later, i had a sea serpent and the rest just "fell" into the image!
(^_^)

Have a GREAT Wednesday!
Cheers
P.

ps..Thank you for ALL the responses for the website yesterday. i was a little shocked at how many replies I've had, and I apologize for not responding to all of them just yet. But I will!
