This one was actually a request. It was a lot of fun to do. I dunno how you guys will like it, but it's super interesting to do requests like this!
Cheers and have a GREAT day.

ps... here's another version without the foreground door ... which do you prefer?

awesome. i prefer the one without the foreground door.
I like the framing the door provides, but it's not really clear that it's a door, so it looks a little weird that it's framed on just three sides.
I love their expressions
Wonderful as always. Cool characters and poses. I like the one with the dark framing the most but have the same feeling as Emily about the doorpost.
I stumbled across your site several months ago and I have to say I find your work very sweet and inspiring. Anyhow, I prefer your version without the door, only because there is no perspective in the the door so it doesn't match the drawing. Or, if there is, it is very dark.
Great stuff. I prefer the one without the door.
Yea, I agree about the door one... makes for a nice frame, but looks like its missing the bottom as you don't really get its a door. but the dark framing is nice. Great job man.
same perspective of the door here! Your recent posts have been great!
Definitely with the door--even if it doesn't necessarily read as such (As a few people have hinted), it adds a nice weight and a good frame for the rest of the composition.
Fun stuff as always--and great textures, too. Do you add the textures in Flash also?
J'aime beaucoup les expression de tes perso, on sent bien l'atmosphère tendue! :)J'aime mieux sans le frame noir... ce n'est pas clair que c'est une porte...
Bonne journée
Thanks guys!
This are excellent feedback. when I get a chance, I'll redraw the door/frame to make it look more like a door!!
Without the foreground.
Great expressions!
I like the wall texture. Very interesting :)
