Like I was saying in my last Post, Mike , Erin and I have this theme thing going on....

With my good friend Mike, we've been doing some sketches back and forth , that we've posted on the flight forums.

I was itchy to do another one in between the scenes i'm boarding for my freelance project right now.

chain of men

this is for a little book that is being put together by a friend, here at work.

She wanted a warm fuzzy feeling type of image, depicting what I'd wish for mankind.

I was thinking of a chain of men that ran across the world, uniting everybody!

this is funny.
for the past few weeks and even, month, I have been fairly free with time..
but, boom, now that I'm starting a blog, I get smashed with work and can barely get any personal work done!
geezess!


oh well...

so .. this another film strip based off a short I did a while back.
it's called clue, and it's on my site as well!

slowing down

Ok.. so.. as of oday, I've just gotten a pretty big freelance gig , that, in addition to my day time job, is going to slow down quite considerably my daylie sketches!
so..
For the new comers, you'll get to see a plethora of old sketches for the next month or so!

I'm trying to get a bokk of sketches and illustrations ready for comic con.
One thing I realised this weekend, is tha I could take some of the short animated pieces I have done already and turn them into small storyboards .
here's an example, with this short I did for They might be Giants.
The song was a very short venue song called, Mister Smalls.

my first post on this blog.
I think I'll just start with an image I did on friday.

Also..
It's sunday night right now, and I'm pretty tired.
Kat and I had a really nice day out.
First at Dim sum , with Katrina's parents, then, we drove to Santa Cruz to go look for wedding places.
On the way back, we followed higway 1, alongthe coast.
such a great experience, even if we got stuck in traffic around half moon bay.
